Microsoft SQL Server 2017 Express is bundled with the Inspection Manager installer.
Permission Requirements and System Guidelines
Installation of Inspection Manager on workstations hosting either a Domain Controller or Terminal Server is not supported. Microsoft does not recommend this configuration due to potential security issues and performance limitations. Security Considerations - SQL Server
Please ensure that all Windows System Updates are installed and there is no pending reboot.
The installation must be performed whilst logged in as a Local Administrator.
